These include the American Heart Association’s Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) courses, as well as the Emergency Nursing Association’s Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC). Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) and S.T.A.B.L.E. arriving soon.
Established in 2012 and nestled in beautiful Sonoma County in Northern California since moving from Texas, our organization is steadfast in its mission to deliver top-tier education to healthcare professionals in EMS, ED, ICU, and critical care. Since then, Jp and Jenn have received the baton from its founders Chuck and Holly Romero. Our goal is to carry on the tradition of excellence that has become the expectation in our healthcare community.

With 18 years in emergency medicine, my journey includes 12 years as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, 5 years in Trauma Nursing, and 2.5 years as an Emergency Room Educator. This extensive background on the front lines of patient care and clinical development drives my dedication to healthcare education. I firmly believe that continuing the vital tradition of high-quality training is the cornerstone of exceptional patient outcomes, because training increases competence, which increases confidence. When healthcare providers are equipped with sharp, evidence-based skills, they approach every crisis with a calm, decisive focus.
As the new owners of HeartLovers, Jenn and I are deeply honored to carry on the incredible tradition of excellence started by Chuck and Holly Romero. They built a lasting legacy of trust, community, and unmatched training standards for healthcare workers and civilians alike.
